Project Description
The Daly River Boat Ramp Upgrades project consisted of enhancing access to the existing boat ramp, as well as upgrading the carpark to reduce the congestion of vehicles and boats that was apparent previously.
The D&P team had the opportunity to represent the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics as the Site Supervisors to assist in the delivery of the Daly River Boat Ramp Upgrades project
Project Success
The project was an important part of Territory development to provide all personnel with easier access to the boat ramp, including the inclusion of a boat access ramp in the carpark to assist with wheelchair access into boats.
These enhancements allow Territorians to keep doing what they love at this popular spot in the NT.
